  • 1. Refund policy -:this is applicable to the students who have paid total fees at the time of admission. “Note: No refund will be given to student who has done installment payment after start of class commencement date.”
  • a. Admission fees will not be transferred at all and will not be refunded or after 7 days from class commencement.
  • b. If the student wants to cancel the admission before the start of the class (date officially declared) only the Admission Cancellation Charges* will be deduced rest will be refunded.
  • c. If the student wants to cancel admission between 1st to 7thdays (1stday is date of class commencement date) of the lecture then Admission Cancellation Charges* and the per subject charges ** will be deducted, rest will be refunded.
  • d. The refund will be given only to the admitted candidate after submission of Documents. He/she will get refund amount through the same mode of payment.
  • e. The rules of fee refund are strictly according to the above-mentioned terms and are strictly non-negotiable under any circumstances. Any fee request without above mentioned documents or after the expiry date will not be processed or entertained.
  • 2. ID cards: -
  • a. ID cards will be issued to the student only after payment of full fees. Students should carry their ID cards for all the time classes and tests series.
  • b. Students who do not have ID cards will not be permitted to attend the classes under any circumstances.
  • c. ID cards and admissions are strictly not transferable.
  • d. ID cards if lost; its duplicate will only be issued after providing the fee receipt and the amount of 500/- and a passport size photo.
  • e. To issue of any study material the students are supposed to show the ID cards.
  • 3. Absenteeism: -
  • a. Each student must attend the classes and Test Series regularly in their respective batches as per the timetable. No student will get permission to attend missed lectures into different batches.
  • b. Students are solely responsible for their absenteeism from classes/Test Series.
